Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Rivelove Global website and RivePal software. By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using RivePal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use RivePal for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

RivePal may be downloaded for a free 7-day evaluation without payment details or an account. The trial period is enforced locally by the application and begins when the app is first run after installation. Trial access is limited to the features and conditions presented in the application and may not be reset, extended, transferred, or bypassed.

When the trial expires, you may purchase a paid license from the product page. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid order and no payment is taken unless you actively complete checkout.

A completed one-time purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RivePal on up to two Macs for as long as you choose. The license is for use by the purchaser and does not transfer ownership of the software or source code.

Every future RivePal version, feature update, bug fix, and compatibility update is included at no additional charge. There is no subscription, renewal fee, or paid RivePal upgrade. Separate products are not included unless we expressly say otherwise.

• Do not share, sell, publish, sublicense, or distribute your activation code or private download link.
• Do not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or attempt unauthorized access except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or the security and operation of our systems.
• Only import or process files and content that you own or are authorized to use.

The free trial does not require a card. If you decide to purchase, Creem acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, and receipts. Prices and currency are shown before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or transaction fees.

After successful payment confirmation, we provide a private delivery page containing the download and activation code. You are responsible for providing a valid email at checkout, keeping the receipt and activation code secure, and confirming that your system meets the requirements shown on the product page.

The free trial is intended to let you evaluate RivePal before buying. Once the paid digital software and activation code have been delivered, purchases are generally final. Limited exceptions for duplicate charges, failed delivery or activation, unresolved material defects, and mandatory consumer rights are described in our Refund Policy.

RivePal works with third-party products such as Rive, Figma, Illustrator, and macOS. Rivelove Global is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with those companies unless expressly stated. Third-party updates may affect compatibility, and their own terms apply to their products.

RivePal, the website, visual assets, documentation, and associated branding are owned by Rivelove Global or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated above.

We aim to keep downloads, activation, and support available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided as available without warranties that are not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivelove Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

We may suspend delivery or deactivate a license when payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or when these Terms are materially violated. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Rivelove Global is established, without limiting consumer protections that apply in your country. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@rivelove.com so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be indicated by the date at the top. Questions can be sent to support@rivelove.com.
